Registration Costs:
NYSHA/APT Member* / Non-Member

Registration Notes:
• NYSHA and APT members receive a discount on registration. Please provide your Member ID Number on your registration form.
• Please do not mail registrations to NYSHA after Monday, May 26th. If you need to register after this date please call directly.
• On-site registration will also be available all three days beginning at 9:00AM on Thursday, June 5, 2008.
• A limited number of tickets for meals and events will be available for sale on site at an additional cost. These will be provided on a first come, first served basis.

Meals:
• Meals are not included with registration price. Please see pricing on registration form. The lunch menus, which will include vegetarian options, will consist of a hot lunch on Friday and a deli lunch on Saturday.
• Friday dinner will begin with a cocktail reception with cash bar and will be followed by our keynote speaker.
Housing:
• Campus rooms are available at $67 per person per night, including full breakfast, in Wiecking Hall at Skidmore College. Rooms are fully air-conditioned with one twin bed and bathrooms nearby. Couples may request a room with two twin beds.
• We cannot guarantee availability of college dorm rooms beyond the May 19th registration deadline. Please call to determine availability. Registration for rooms at the College WILL NOT be available on-site.
• A variety of hotels, motels and bed-and-breakfasts are also available very close to the conference site. A comprehensive list may be found at www.saratoga.org.
• The Inn at Saratoga is holding a block of 10 rooms until April 30 at $139 for a double.
Cancellations:
In order to be eligible for a refund, you must send written notice of cancellation by mail or email by the dates listed below. We will process refunds following the conference and mail them to the address given in your registration packet.
• Cancellation received on or before Monday, May 19, 2008—100% of registration fee and meal, event, and accommodation purchased
• Cancellation received between May 19 and May 26, 2008—80% of registration fee and 50% of meal, event, and accommodation purchased
• Cancellations received between May 26 and June 4, 2008—50% of registration fee and no refund for meal, event, and accommodation purchased
• Cancellation received Thursday, June 5, 2008 or after—No refund given
